  • If the client changes their mind after the project has started.
  • If delays are caused due to lack of communication or missing inputs from the client.
  • If the project is completed and approved by the client.
  • For any third-party fees, such as hosting, domain registration, or external software purchases.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must:

  3. Allow us up to 10 business days to review the request and provide a response.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
